MTU Telecom kick-starts Cellpoints global launch of ”happyEar”
Miami June 21st 2007 Cellpoint Connect AB’s product range will now be available in hundreds of telecommunications stores across Scandinavia and Europe. The manufacturer of the award winning Flamingo Bluetooth headset has entered into an agreement with the Norwegian distribution company MTU Telecom.
The next few months will also see the launch of two new products under the lifestyle brand “happyEar”: the FlamingoStereo Bluetooth® earphone and the Flamingo Wired headset. Together with the flagship Flamingo earphone, the three products will be promoted under the “happyEar” umbrella featuring the EarClick fitting system of pads, accepted as the most comfortable in the industry.
Targeting a “mobile urban lifestyle”, the line will also feature a new selection of colors. The Flamingo Stereo won an E-tech award this year in CTIA’s competition for innovation and design in the “Hardware Mobile Accessory” category. Flamingo is also a past CES Innovation Award winner

“happyEar” will launch in North America during next week in conjunction with the planned announcement of another major development for the company.
