The new share issues are fully signed
The board of directors at CellPoint Connect AB (Publ) announces that the new share issues are fully signed. The precedence new share issue was guaranteed by a number of loan givers. The two direct new share issues are also fully signed.
A total of 12 538 773 new shares at a market price of SEK 5 have been signed resulting in approximately 20 new shareholders.
Including the new share issues, CellPoints number of total shares is 17 616 319.
