CellPoint – sells the subsidiary Satsafe Security AB
CellPoint Connect AB (publ) has today sold the subsiduary Satsafe Security AB. This is in accordance with Cellpoints determined strategy to focus on the core business; mobile headsets, mobile services and photoalarm solutions for households and smaller companies.
The takeover is immediate. As a result of the sale a liquidity contribution is made and Cellpoints future costs will be lower.
